Pepper Spread Appetizer

Ingredients:
2 Sweet red peppers, roasted

3 T Cream cheese

1/2 t Cumin, or to taste

2 T Finely chopped sun-dried tom

1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 c Minced sweet onion (Vidalia,

3 T Olive oil

2 T Chopped cilantro

Salt & pepper to taste

*Note:

Sun-dried tomatoes should be oil-packed type.

Process all in food processor until well blended.

Serve chilled with crackers.
