Eggnog French Toast
Ingredients:
2 cups prepared eggnog
10 slices thick-sliced firm bread - (to 12) Butter or margarine - as needed
Pour eggnog into a shallow bowl.
Dip pieces of bread into eggnog, coating both sides well.
Melt butter or margarine in a skillet.
Add bread and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with powdered sugar or syrup.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
