 Lowfat Date Yogurt Shake

Ingredients:

½ cup  whole pitted dates

½ banana

½ cup  orange juice

½ cup  plain lowfat yogurt

½ cup  crushed ice

Combine dates, banana and orange juice in a blender and puree until dates are finely chopped.

Add yogurt and ice; blend until just combined

This recipe yields 1 serving.
