Marionberry Jam
Ingredients:
4 cups mashed marionberries
7 cups sugar
½ bottle liquid pectin
Combine mashed berries and sugar in large pan.
Mix well.
Place over high heat and bring to a full boil stirring constantly.
Boil hard for one minute.
Remove from heat, stir in liquid pectin, and stir and skim for 5 minutes.
Ladle into hot sterilized jars, seal and process in a boiling water bath for five minutes.
