Sour Cream Waffles
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups flour
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups sour cream - (1 pint)
¼ cup butter -- melted
In a medium bowl, sift flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs until light and frothy.
Blend in sour cream.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Blend in melted butter.
Bake in a hot waffle iron.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
Do Ahead Tip: This batter will keep, covered in the refrigerator for 3 days.
