Baked Pizza Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces shredded mozzerella cheese -- divided
1/2 cup pizza sauce = (lowest carb count you can find)
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped red pepper
Beat cream cheese and seasonings with electric mixer on medium speed until well-blended.
Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Top with 1 cup of the mozzerella cheese, pizza sauce, and then the remaining 1 cup of mozzerella cheese and then the peppers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted.
This recipe yields 10 servings; 2 carb grams per serving.
Comments: Serve with pork rinds.
