Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients:
1 pound pre-cooked peeled deveined shrimp = (any size, but large preferred)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/4 cup grated parmesan -- (canned or fresh)
Defrost shrimp if frozen.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Spread shrimp in a baking dish.
Toss with butter mixture.
Bake uncovered until warmed.
This recipe yields 4 servings; 3 carb grams per serving.
