Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients:

8 oz of Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 c. of mayonnaise
1-1 1/2 cucumber, shredded

You can use different seasons:

Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Cajun Seasoning

Directions
Grate cucumbers after removing as many seeds as possible. Dry the grated cucumbers on paper towels to get the liquid out.

After cucumbers are dry mix with the above ingredients and spread on your favorite bread.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

To keep bread fresh, use a damp paper towel between the sandwiches.
