Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Healthy Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients:

6 slices bread....coarse is better

Butter, olive oil, dried parsley & garlic salt

Variety of shredded cheeses...whatever you have on hand

Bottled marinara sauce

Directions

1. I just melt butter, olive oil, dried parsley and garlic salt together in the pan....enough for 3 sandwiches. Olive oil helps take out the "bad" fat and put in the "good"

2. Grill 3 slices of bread in the mixture in pan. Sprinkle liberally with cheese. Top with second slice of bread.

3. Flip sandwich and grill until brown on that side and cheese is melted. Serve with marinara on the side. Add soup or a salad (or both) and it's a great meal!

Story

I made this up 'cause I LOVE garlic (and they now know it's a proven cancer fighter)
