Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
whole grain bread especially good toasted
veggie flavored cream cheese
romaine lettuce leaves
tomatoes, thinly sliced
avocado, thinly sliced
alfalfa sprouts
cucumber, thinly sliced
salt and pepper

Directions
1. Spread cream cheese on bread
2. Layer with veggies, sprinkle on seasonings
3. Enjoy!
Story
My parents invented this sandwich for those hot summer days when you want something light that doesn't require turning on the oven or stove. You can use plain cream cheese if you prefer, and experiment with your favorite veggies!
