Smoked Sausage Stew

 Smoked Sausage Stew

Ingredients:

2 cans condensed bean and bacon soup (11 1/2 oz ea), undiluted

1 can diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) undrained

2 cups water

2 medium potatoes diced

1 cup sliced carrots

1 cup sliced celery

1 teaspoon chili powder

12 ounces fully cooked smoked sausage thinly sliced

In saucepan, combine soup, tomatoes and water. 

Add potatoes, carrots, celery and chili powder. 

Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 

Add sausage; simmer 40 minutes longer.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
